F Brazil Reinforcements offers reinforcing products to British Standard.
All reinforcing steel, in straight lengths and coil, are sourced from CARES approved mills.
At the time of placing an order, bar bending schedules can be electronically entered in to the industry-leading rebar management system. From this point on, the order can be tracked and each step recorded, through barcode scanning, to ensure that every delivery note tallies precisely with every kilogram on the vehicle.
Reinforcement is available in diameters 8mm to 50mm (50mm subject to availability at time of enquiry). Standard stock lengths are available in: 12m, 14m & 15m lengths.
Special lengths from 6m to 18m are available subject to mill rollings

Rollmats are reinforcing bar 'carpets', manufactured specifically to the requirements of each project.
Once on-site they are simply craned into position and then rolled out by hand.
Huge savings (up to 80%) in time and labour can be achieved when compared to laying loose bars in a similar application.
Rollmats are ideal for large flat concrete slabs:
- Heavy duty floor slabs
- Suspended decks
- Wind farm bases
- Bridge decks
- Rollmats can be rolled in multiple layers and directions
- Bar diameters from 12mm to 40mm
- Less crane time required
- Consistent, high quality positioning of the bars with no waste

FBR offers a comprehensive prefabrication service supplying finished cage, mat and bespoke assembles direct to site ready for immediate placement.
Typical production items include:
- Pile cages
- Pile caps
- Heavy mats
- Ground beams
- One way or two way heavy mats
All assemblies are mig welded in factory conditions to ensure the highest standards are achieved on a consistent basis.
A key benefit of FBR prefabrication is that semi - skilled site operatives are able to install cages in a few hours rather than the normal 1-2 days of the loose rebar option.

All cages are labeled for ease of identification, and are supplied with a layout drawing for accuracy and speed of placement. Splice bars are loose-tied inside the relevant cage.
Deliveries can be phased to an agreed programme, this is particularly useful in tight or restricted sites.
